Rachel Merrell is a Christian trauma therapist who works with teens (13+), adults, and couples. Utilizing body-based, emotion-focused, and research-supported approaches Rachel works with clients healing from anxiety, relational and attachment wounds, and the effects of trauma. She is passionate about helping clients feel safe in their bodies, understand their emotions, and build healthier relationships.

Brendan is excited to finally be working on his counselling practicum. For over a decade, he’s been building experience in the neurodiversity field through respite, as an education assistant, and volunteering as a co-lead in a number of social groups. Before joining the counselling field, he was looking to become a teacher and has experience working in schools and leading youth events.
He’s passionate about working with neurodiverse populations and hopes to expand his experience and skills to work with parents of children and youth with neurodiversity and disabilities. This includes working with Dads, Moms and single parents to help them make the most of their lives. He strongly believes that every human being is wonderfully made and strives to provide counselling support to clients to help them thrive.
